Our offices range in size from 136 – 964 square foot. Some have been knocked through to create larger offices, so even if we don’t have the space you need, we may be able to create it. Each office suite has good natural light, central heating, suspended ceilings and raised floors. Monthly rental includes everything apart from business rates, broadband and telecoms. If you're not sure if you're eligible for small business rates relief, our friendly centre manager may be able to help. We have various options for broadband and telecoms, so they can be tailored to what you need. These are ‘plug and play’ services, allowing you to get to work as soon as you move in. Our business centre is a modern, purpose-built office building, set within attractive landscaped grounds, and a large car park. The T-shaped building offers three floors of managed and refurbished offices and was named after Sir Nigel Gresley, a famous locomotive engineer and designer of the Flying Scotsman steam trains. Gresley House offers a range of serviced offices and is excellently located close to both the town centre and motorway network. If you're not looking for permanent space, we also provide two spacious meeting rooms, plus as hotdesking/coworking space options. As part of the Northern Powerhouse, the town has experienced a high level of investment in recent years. With the iPort development bringing in multinational companies like Amazon and Lidl, Doncaster is fast becoming a flourishing business hub and an increasingly attractive location for your business base. Also, we don’t believe in tying our customers into long leases, with monthly rolling contracts to give you ultimate flexibility. We are located half a mile south of Doncaster town centre, in an established business area on the eastern side of Ten Pound Walk. We’re accessible from White Rose Way (A618), which is a main arterial route into Doncaster from Junction 3 of the M18 (half a mile away). The A1M is also just half a mile away. If you’re using public transport, both Doncaster railway station and the main bus station are under 20 minutes’ walk away. For travel further afield, Doncaster/Sheffield Robin Hood Airport is just eight miles away. Our business neighbours include Renault, Kronos, ATS Euromaster and the NHS. There is a Barclays bank just behind our building and food vans visit throughout the morning. If you miss these, don’t worry, there is a café just across the road and ice cream vans also visit in the afternoon during the summer. We’re also lucky to be less than five minutes (by car) from Lakeside Village Outlet Centre and Keepmoat Stadium. Doncaster racecourse is just a short drive away and hosts plenty of business exhibitions and networking events.
