1 Fetter Lane is steeped in real life Dickensian history - the site was a hotel and coffee house where writers of the time gathered for inspiration on London’s most literary thoroughfare. Now inspiration is fostered across six floors of workspace in a welcoming and dynamic environment. With high ceilings and offices have plenty of natural light, 1 Fetter Lane is a spacious and airy workspace that suits companies of any size. The building is at the fit-out stage (expected opening late April) so we can be very flexible in terms of layout. Each floor can accommodate around 90/100 desks open plan, but at this stage we can slice and dice to fit requirements. For example, companies can take half a floor, a floor or two floors, but also a 2 or 3-person office, the sooner we know of the requirement the better. All the offices and desk spaces have fantastic natural light for wellbeing, in house community manager to look after all the client’s needs, 1 GB leased lined internet, plus two backups for peace of mind. We have Breakout spaces and free to use meeting rooms on every floor, and an additional 20-person meeting room available. This centre is an impressive, modern office building that stands on the corner of Fetter Lane and Fleet Street, in the heart of the City of London's legal district. The Royal Courts of Justice are a short walk and indeed the Admiralty & Commercial and Technology & Construction High Courts are virtually opposite this amazing London city serviced office. Whether you want to host a business lunch or grab a sandwich there are plenty of options close by and you can always stay in shape at Fitness First, 3 doors up. The nearest tube stations are Chancery Lane (Central Line) and Temple (Circle & District Lines). You can pick up mainline rail services at the nearby City Thames Link and Blackfriars stations.
