Covent Garden is located in the City of Westminster and The London Borough of Camden and was once home to London’s principle fruit and vegetable market until the 1980’s when it closed down. Since then the area has undergone significant redevelopment which has turned the original market buildings around the Piazza off Southampton Street in to a wide range of stores and boutiques.
The area is famous for some popular landmarks like Seven Dials as well as some of London’s most famous theatres like The Theatre Royal Drury Lane and The Adelphi theatre on the Strand.

Trafalgar Square is a grand public square famous for Nelson’s Column, the fountains and the lions. It’s also home to some impressive statues and the controversial fourth plinth.
