A former Victorian steel and engineering works that has been converted into commercial units. These can be rented for light industrial purposes, or as workshop or storage space. At 30,000 square feet (2,787 square metres) in total, the cnetre is a reasonably large site. It is home to a variety of businesses and has a down-to-earth community and many of our customers have been residents for ten years or more. The site benefits from a caretaker who lives on-site, who provides security and locks the gates each evening. We offer a mixture of different sized units, from 100 - 1,700 square feet (10 - 60 square metres), so we can cater for sole traders through to medium-sized companies. And with business rates included within the rent, our units are affordable and competitively priced.
