Stowfield Cable Works is a historic industrial site re-invented for modern requirements. The site, previously used to manufacture much of the British Army’s telephone cable in WWI and part of the Pluto Pipeline in WWII, comprises 30,299 sq. m (326,150 sq. ft) of industrial and office buildings. Suitable uses include logistics, storage, processing and office accommodation. Units can be fitted according to bespoke occupier requirements.
Stowfield Cable Works is situated on the B4234 within 10-mins of the A40 dual carriageway link to the motorway system (M50 and M4). On the edge of the Forest of Dean and in close proximity to the village of Lydbrook, it is within 9 miles (15 km) of both Ross-on-Wye and Monmouth.
