The centre offers business accommodation for all types of companies, whether you need office space, a studio, a light industrial unit, storage facilities or a simple mailbox service. Also offering a meeting room and co-working space for those who need space on a temporary basis. The building dates from the 1930s and was originally a boy’s school. It has since been converted into a smart business centre, but retains much of its original character, with parquet flooring. It also benefits from a good community atmosphere, with many long-term customers. Split between East and West Wings, our units range from 80 – 1,950 square feet, (7.4 - 181 square metres), so are ideal for small and medium sized companies. They are available under our one page flexible licences, which make it quick and easy to sign up. Ranging from 330 – 1,950 square feet (31 – 181.2 square metres), these units have individual entrances, with double doors and good vehicle access. They are offered with concrete or lino flooring, and most have 3 phase electricity and water supply.
The business centre is conveniently located with Portslade town centre and all its amenities are less than a ten minutes’ walk away. Located close to Portslade station and ten minutes from the A23 and A27.
