A vibrant, quirky centre with a strong community feel and good public transport links into central London and the local area. It offers a variety of workspace for rent, including offices, studios, workshops, two meeting rooms and co-working space. The converted Victorian warehouse consists of two three storey buildings; East Wing and West Wing, which surround a small external courtyard. These contain 79 commercial units, ranging from 90–2,500 sq.ft. (8.30–232 square metres). Due to its central location, there is no parking available, but the centre offers a central loading/unloading area and 24 hour access. There is also a large break-out area for customers to relax in and mix with other residents. The centre offers 17 offices for rent. They all have suspended ceilings, double glazing, carpets, electric heating and air conditioning and are available unfurnished. As they range from 90-900 sq.ft. (8.3–83.6 square metres), our offices are suitable for individuals through to companies of up to ten people. There are 52 studios and workshops for rent, which are based in the East Wing of the business centre. They range from 185–2,500 sq.ft. (17.2-232 square metres) and are available to let on an unfurnished basis, so you can tailor the space to meet your needs. With their high ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of natural light, these are perfect as artist or photography studios. Also provided are two meeting/conference rooms. Both rooms are offered with complimentary WiFi and tea and coffee. Catering can also be provided on request. Co-working space and mailbox services are also available here.
Excellently located within Brixton, with its busy market and choice of restaurants, banking and shopping facilities.The centre is a couple of minutes' walk from Loughborough Junction rail station. Brixton underground station is a 10 minute walk away. As such it has excellent public transport networks to central London and further afield. The business centre is just a three minute drive to the A23, and the A3 is less than ten minutes away. Please note that there is no parking facility on site.
