The 53 business units are arranged over 5 floors, offering a mixture of office suites, studios, workshops and light industrial units to let. The individual units range from 70 – 9,500 square feet (8 – 414 square metres), so we have space to suit a variety of sized businesses. The flexible, one-page licence allows you to adapt to suit the needs of your business or you can opt for a longer term lease. The dedicated on-site team are available to help with any queries during office hours, but you can access your unit 24 hours a day, safe in the knowledge that there is monitored CCTV throughout the centre. In addition, we provide a mailbox service for companies that need a professional address without renting an office or commercial unit.
