The business centre provides competitively priced studios and offices to rent, industrial units and workshops to let and offers two meeting rooms for hire. Previously the historic Sunbeam car factory, the business park on Upper Villiers Street has been fully converted to provide more than 200 spacious units ranging from 200–10,000 sq.ft. (19–930 square metres) in size. The site benefits from a friendly centre manager to support our customers, an on-site cafe and gym, plus plenty of free, secure parking. The art deco style offices vary in size, from spacious two-person offices to a large 60 person open plan workspace. All of the office space is provided unfurnished, allowing you to tailor the space to your needs. Similarly, you can choose your own IT and telecoms provider, but we also offer packages for these to help you move into your new space quickly and easily. There are also 2 meeting rooms available for hire. The workshops are individually metered, with direct access and roller shutter doors for easy loading/unloading of goods.
