The modern business centre is just five miles from both Bournemouth and Poole town centres and has excellent transport links. Our business centre consists of three interlinking buildings (Alum House, Branksome House and Canford House) and one stand-alone building called The Gatehouse. Our friendly reception team give a warm welcome to visitors and customers alike and can provide special postal services and franking whenever you need it. Our on-site café, called the Manna Kitchen, is based within Branksome House. We have a total of 45 offices for rent within the business centre. These range from spacious one person offices to suites large enough for ten or more people (130 sq ft to 10,264 sq ft). With the exception of Branksome House, which is single storey, each building has two floors of offices. Both Alum and Canford House are based around a central courtyard, providing quiet seating areas where you can enjoy some fresh air and bask in the sun when it makes an appearance.
We are located on Wallisdown Road (A3049), the main commercial centre in the Bournemouth and Poole area. We are just 350 metres from Ringwood Road (A348) which connects the A31 to the M27. This gives access to Southampton as well as linking directly to the A35, offering connections to Dorchester and the South West. The nearest rail stations are Branksome and Parkstone.
