Originally constructed in 1913 for Smiths Industries, they made the first ever Speedometers for the motor car so we have some industrial heritage with the building, albeit much of it has been destroyed over the years. Still, this operator is working hard with architects Stiff & Trevillion to pull some of that character back. So expect a combination of industrial/contemporary style mixed with vintage/modern furniture and lighting. The overall feel is light and young with a hint of this building’s history.
Situated in a desirable London location, minutes from Regent's Park, this building is near excellent transport links leaving you just a few minutes from Oxford Circus & all that it has to offer.
