Benefiting from free, secure parking and with disabled access, there is also an onsite cafe, the Posh Nosh Diner, providing lunchtime snacks as well as more substantial catering. The spacious units vary in size and are competitively priced, so we are sure to have something that suits your space needs and budget. We also have a meeting/conference room, suitable for general meetings or events. The friendly on-site team provides general support as well as ad-hoc services such as faxing and photocopying. Our office space is based in a two storey building to the front of the business park and varies in size from small two person suites up to larger offices for ten people. Each office is furnished with desks and chairs and is offered on a part-serviced basis. We can provide telephone answering plus optional telecoms and broadband packages, aiming to help you settle in as quickly and easily as possible. The industrial units range from 1,000 – 2,800 square feet and are individually metred, so you only pay for what you use. Due to their size and set up, they can be used for storage or as workshop or light industrial units. Each has roller shutter doors and good access to allow loading and unloading of goods, with half also having their own toilet facilities.
