As the only dedicated business centre in Lewes, the centre is perfectly placed to provide your office or workshop needs. The main building provides a combination of serviced offices, meeting rooms, virtual offices and mailbox services, while our single units are ideal to use as studios or workshops. The business centre is open 8.30–5.30pm Monday to Friday and offers additional services such as pay-as-you-go secretarial support, including typing and telephone answering. The main building houses 23 offices, spread over three floors. Each floor has its own kitchenette and toilets. The offices vary in size from 137–241 square feet (12.7–22.4 square metres), which means it can cater for both micro and medium-sized businesses. The available office suites are all provided furnished and benefit from plenty of natural light. Office cleaning and refuse collection is also included in the rental price, while on-site parking can be arranged at an additional cost. The single storey workshop units are based behind the main building and vary in size from 705–1,415 square feet (65.5–131.5 square metres). Most of the units consist of a large open plan area and one or more internal offices. They contain their own kitchen and toilet facilities, so are completely self-contained. Two parking spaces are provided free of charge, directly in front of each business unit and as each workshop has its own entrance, they can be accessed 24 hours a day. Meeting Rooms, Virtual offices and a mailbox service are also available.
The business centre is moments from the A26 and A27. It is also has easy connections to the south coast road network - the A23 and M23. There is ample parking on site for customers and visitors. Lewes town centre with its range of high street shopping facilities, boutiques, restaurants and bars is within a 10 minute walk and a Tesco superstore and Waitrose store are both within a five minute walk away.
