The Centre is based in the historic town of Letchworth Garden City, north Hertfordshire and offers a mix of office and workshop units, serviced offices, mailboxes and two meeting rooms. It is also home to co-working space. Previously a glass factory, the centre still contains some of its original character, with high ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. With 57 business units in total, spread over four floors, we are home to both small companies and larger corporates. The centre benefits from 24 hour access, free car parking, and a dedicated loading bay and ramp, an on-site cafe and a door to door daily sandwich round, selling pastries, snacks and sandwiches. The friendly reception staff also provide telephone answering, postal services and pay-as-you-go secretarial support. All of the offices are uniquely sized, bright spaces, ranging from 130-3,500 sq.ft. (12 - 325 square metres). The first floor suites are priced to include utilities, while the second floor office units are designed for larger companies needing more space. The serviced offices allow you to move in and start work almost immediately, without the hassle of having to find furniture. There are also 2 meetings rooms available for hire offered with WIFI, a projector and hot drinks. There is also the 'Work Lounge' which is the centres co-working space.
The Centre is a 5 minute drive from junction 9 of the A1(M), connecting with the M25 and the south. The A505 runs through Letchworth and close to the business centre, providing easy access to the local towns of Hitchin and Baldock as well as Royston and Luton to the west. Letchworth train station with its direct links to Cambridge and London Kings Cross is a 15 minute walk from the centre and local bus services connect Hitchin, Baldock and the surrounding villages.
