The building is a two storey converted pump factory, recently renovated and fully cabled, with male and female toilets, shower facilities, 2 tea & coffee points, storage and parking. It has a full alarm and access system and each office is lockable. The building has central heating and all offices are air conditioned. During 2012 the buildling created 20 new glass offices to accommodate between 2 and 7 people, and a newly appointed boardroom with fully integrated audio visual facilities and seating for over 10 people.
