Over 300 years ago, in 1710, the owners of the Grove converted some existing outbuildings into Rose Cottage – and that building became the Grange and has had a varied past which includes being a private residence and a local museum. The building is Grade II listed so we need to be sensitive about the way it is looked after. The building offers serviced offices for entrepreneurs and businesses. We have offices suitable for one desk or for eight workstations. Offices are available from £350.00. Rental includes wifi, free tea & coffee, filing cabinets, chill out area, free use of a meeting room and reduced booking rates for the meeting & training rooms and the wonderful Grange garden. There are also two large rooms (each can hold around 25 people) and a conservatory (for about 40 people) as well as a large reception area, a kitchen, separate toilets for men and women, one unisex accessible toilet, a car park (for about 25 cars) and beautiful gardens. We also rent out the smaller room for board meetings (12 people around a central table), presentations and one-to-one consultations.
The building is located in Neasden and just across the footbridge is Neasden Shopping Centre, ideal for lunch breaks or after work. The variety of shops includes an ironmonger, a phone shop, estate agents, pharmacies and hairdressers. There are takeaway restaurants, pubs and bars. About a mile away is Willesden – the shops there stretch from Dollis Hill station to Willesden Green station. The variety of shopping ranges from fine sandwich shops and bakers, like Edwards, to Slocombes, the family-run motorbike shop that has been in the area since the sixties, Sainsbury’s and a huge range of independent grocers.
