Our fully serviced office space packages are designed to enable you to focus fully on your business. Our private offices can accommodate up to 20 people, and range from 150-1,701 sqft in size. The Centre is a place where businesses start and grow. Our co-working space is the perfect first step for any budding entrepreneur. It doesn’t matter what kind of business you run, working in a collaborative, community environment is the perfect way to start your business journey. Likewise, if you are already an established small business Co-Working@TIC is a place where your ideas can grow wings. As well as working within a collaborative environment we have a full programme of support to help you grow. We provide free one to one advice sessions with our on site business advisor team and a full annual programme of seminars and workshops covering essential business topics. Meeting and Event space The TIC offers several high-grade conference, board and meeting rooms, accessed via the Atrium. The light and stylish rooms and suites can accommodate business meetings, interviews or events for up to 100 people. The Atrium itself is ideal for large showcase events, exhibitions and displays. Bookings can be made for combinations of rooms to enable a seated meeting or conference to be accompanied by an exhibition or fair. Rooms can be provided unfurnished for increased flexibility, to accommodate dynamic training sessions or events.
