We’ve collaborated with architects Stanton Williams and Universal Design Studio to deliver this building and at just under 100,000 sq ft, we’ve put in more into this than any of our previous projects. The ground floor has a gym opening out on to a garden immediately overlooking the river; we have an art gallery; a shop exclusively for use by TOG members on a shared and rotating basis; a cafe with a real focus on healthy eating; meeting/conference rooms and of course co-working. Upstairs are all the private offices with incredible natural light and a complete mix of sizes, so we should be able to suit any business. And then on the top floor we have some more meeting rooms, an apartment with a sunken bath (seriously) and a members’ bar, again overlooking the river with outdoor terraces and then a full roof garden above this.
It’s incredibly easy to get to (lots of bike racks (great showers), 75 m from Vauxhall Station (Victoria line and 9 mins from Oxford Circus)). It's also a short distance from Waterloo station.
