Our goal was to create a Hammersmith hub for our members, and in One Lyric Square we discovered the perfect starting point. A gorgeous mid-century building that showcases some distinctive architecture, we’ve worked with Stiff + Trevillion to create a spacious reception and welcoming entrance, that both incorporates the building’s original materials and fits in seamlessly with the square outside. The only way is up when it comes to this building, with high ceilings and a double void that sweeps upwards to the first floor garden room. Plus, with so much space to play with, we can be generous with amenities too: think fitness studio, outdoor terrace, a member's bar, beautiful event spaces and meeting rooms, not to mention 360 degree views across London.
