Stanmore Business & Innovation Centre is a thriving business centre with a variety of larger open plan spaces and smaller cellular offices. We have spaces available ranging from 111 sqft to floor plates of 2,552 sqft. Prices for this space are negotiable dependent on size of area let and commencement date. Our incubation director is available to provide support to tenants and facilitate the growth of their businesses whether it be making tenants aware of local funding that might be available to them or inviting the tenants to a networking event that will be appropriate for them. Services include: 24 hr access reception use of common areas/cleaning of common areas lifts lighting heating electricity (unless usage is above normal) water (unless usage is above normal) access to the car park (subject to availability) meeting room hire kitchenettes W.C.'s on every floor shower facilities (for cyclists) telecoms (additional cost, outlined below) Telecoms are supplied by us to meet your requirement and are an additional fee: A telephone number and handset is available for £15.20+VAT pcm (calls are charged in arrears and at a similar rate to BT Business Choice 2). An additional handset to the same telephone number is an extra £8+VAT pcm whereas 2xtelephone numbers with two handsets would be £30.40+VAT pcm. The shared internet facility is available for £45+VAT pcm. Dedicated networks are available and are more expensive. IP addresses are £10+VAT pcm each. We do not include business rates or office furniture (if a whole floor plate is taken, then the electricity meter will be re-charged back). If a whole floor is taken then a lease option also becomes available. We have the space, access for disabled and parking on-site (car park ratio dependent on the amount of office space taken). Pricing is also dependent on the amount of space required.
The Business Centre is located just south of Canons Park tube station which provides excellent transport links to central London via the Jubilee Line. The building is within easy reach of the M1, A406 North Circular Road and Heathrow.
