Founded on June 1st 2013, by Ilan Harari and Simon Cleaver; Bespoke Spaces was born out of a necessity for space. Seeking a warehouse space for his looming Bicycle shipment, everything Ilan looked at on the property market was too large. Seeing an opportunity to sub-let, he drafted in his friend and co-founder; Simon. Drawing upon his experience in commercial property, Simon helped broker a deal for the first (of four) warehouse buildings within the Yard at Hornsey Road. Signing their chief tenant within the first seven days of opening; Bespoke Spaces found itself 50% let in under a week. Since the companies incorporation Bespoke Spaces has grown over 400% and now occupies four newly converted warehouses hosting over 55 different businesses. Using Ilan’s skills in carpentry and industrial design, Bespoke Spaces specialise in creating tailored workspaces at affordable prices for fellow entrepreneur’s .
