Building
In 2005 we acquired Heywood House from the National Trust who were using this Listed Grade II* estate as their HQ offices. Since then, there has been a transformation of grounds and buildings: the offices now comprise an eclectic range of old and new, all stuffed with the latest technology. Heywood House has Co-Working membership packages to suit all sizes and types of business. It’s flexible: you can take space for a day or a year and become part of our business community in a fantastic work environment. Some are here for a break from working at home, or to launch a new business, or are consultants for larger groups needing somewhere to work and meet clients. Whatever the reason, Heywood House is here to be an asset to your business.
Local Area
The Conservatory was originally built by the philanthropist Henry Ludlow. It was where he kept his palm trees. Henry lived at Heywood for 50 years in the 19th century. He would not recognise his Palm House now!
