The floors will be fitted out to a very high standard with wooden floors, glazing, LED lighting and ergonomic furniture all provided. The fit out can be made bespoke to your clients wishes and will take approx 12 weeks. Each floor has ceiling mounted individually controlled A/C and heating. Contract terms are flexible but will need to be a minimum of 12 months. 1GB dedicated fibre will be provided via ethernet CAT6 cabling and/or wifi access points.
