This striking period building has recently been refurbished to provide office space of an excellent standard. The entrance brings together understated minimalism and a classic marble finish, this is carried through to the corridors and impressive lift lobbies. The offices available offer varied views including the Gherkin building. Based on the 5th floor the fit-out will be in our usually high standard style of glass and walnut, and due for completion in September 2014.
Leadenhall Street is located in the heart of the City; adjacent to the Lloyds building, home of the insurance institution Lloyd's of London. The building is a stone's throw from Leadenhall Market, a beautiful covered Victorian market with stalls selling flowers, cheese, meat and other fresh food. Shops, pubs and restaurants are also located in the market buildings. The area is serviced by many bus routes and in close proximity to many tube and mainline stations, including: Monument, Bank, Fenchurch Street, Cannon Street, Tower Gateway, Tower Hill, Aldgate, London Bridge, Liverpool Street and Moorgate (12 minute walk).
