Our warm and welcoming reception is located on the ground floor where we have 2 meeting rooms to hire. Above are 3 floors of furnished office space. All rooms feature lots of natural light, sound-proofed walls, as well as air con/heating units in every office. Washrooms are on each floor, and we also have a shower room located on the 1st floor for those who prefer to run or cycle to work. The kitchen on the 2nd floor has been designed to create a relaxing break-out area for our clients to enjoy their lunch outside of the office environment. We have upgraded our garden to create space for people to be able to enjoy the sunshine whilst on lunch, or if they simply wish to take their work outdoors. We have CCTV for additional security, and all entrances and offices feature new, high-tech swipe card access systems. The business centre has a host of amenities to support a growing business whether you are a sole trader looking for a 1 person office of around 120 square feet or an established company looking for overflow space and a suite of offices.
As well as being just a stones throw from Victoria Station, there are a large host of amenities in the vicinity, including the Queen Mother Sports Centre, which is right next door to us!! We have a Sainsbury’s Market just around the corner, a variety of coffee shops, hairdressers, a fresh foods market, as well as restaurants catering to an array of cuisines from Korean to Mexican!
