Designed and built by Brunel, this building is Grade 1 Listed, dating from 1854. Part derelict and mostly unloved, we’ve worked with some brilliant architects, DMFK, to restore everything. The mouldings, brick-vaulted ceilings, arches, steel columns etc. There are no suspended ceilings or recessed lighting, just lots of space and natural light. And we’ve managed to incorporate a full air conditioning system sympathetically whilst we were at it. A range of offices, loads of meeting spaces, amazing kitchens as well as our ClubRooms. A great meeting needs a great meeting room. The rooms are tailored to specific types of meeting both in design and technology and are available by the hour or the day. A range of room sizes and different areas to step out and have a break 7 Meeting Rooms in total 1 formal Board Room up to 20 people Two further Board Rooms up to 12 people Three smaller spaces for project work and decision making All the AV equipment is available and included in the cost Great breakout space outside the meeting rooms for informal meetings and debriefs.
Part of a Joint Venture with Network Rail, this is within Paddington Station itself. The main entrance is from Eastbourne Terrace but we have a second entrance directly from Platform 1, with many of amenities near by.
