The Business Centre is a 12,278 sq ft (1,140 sq m) two storey modern building with ample parking dedicated to the use by employees and visitors of companies that rent space in the Centre. With 17 individual business units ranging from 137 sq ft to 6,329 sq ft (12 sq m to 587 sq m) Abbey Road Business Centre offers excellent business premises in Pity Me, north Durham. The workspace is mainly used for offices however they could be used as studio space if required. The Business Centre's manned reception provides fax and photocopying services as well as telephone answering and mail services. The large, fully equipped meetings rooms on site may also be hired by the hour, half day or full day, whether or not your company rents business space in the Centre. All business space for lease is offered under flexible licence agreements which give companies that rent space the option to easy change their business premises as their company changes.
Local Area
The Centre is located in the small village of Pity Me approximately two miles central Durham and its railway station. The business premises are also just a ten minute drive from the A1 trunk road which connects the north of the country to London in the south. Stagecoach bus services provide a regular public transport service to the Business Centre whilst for those wishing to drive, there is ample parking available
